I’m a technical support specialist and web developer focused on AI automation and reliable SaaS workflows. I help teams resolve issues faster by combining hands-on troubleshooting with Microsoft 365 Copilot, Power Automate, and Copilot Studio—so repetitive tasks get automated and customers get consistent, high-quality outcomes.

I graduated from Nucamp’s Full-Stack Web Application Development program and continue to level up across HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Node.js, MongoDB, and React. My current focus: prompt engineering, AI agent design, and REST API automation that pair seamlessly with day-to-day support operations.
